Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipments within Italy are handled by GLS Corriere Espresso. You can track your shipment status directly on the GLS CORRIERE ESPRESSO website.

Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and during checkout, and they may vary significantly depending on the weight and dimensions of the ordered items, as well as the delivery location.

Fragile and particularly bulky items that require special packaging and handling will incur a shipping surcharge.

Delivery times for in-stock items range from 2 to 5 working days for Italy, and from 3 to 7 working days for other European countries.

Someone must be present at the specified delivery address to collect the parcel: if the courier finds no one, delivery will be rescheduled for the following day.

If the second delivery attempt also fails, the goods will go into storage. Resolving stored shipments will incur an extra fee to be paid by the customer.
